J~i14 On this the 9th day of January, A. D. 1956, came on to be heard the applioetion of Ceo. D. Luth eT, County Treasurer, for payment to various ranchmen for livestook killed on their res- peotive places in %err County by Dogs, the owners of said dogs being unknown, end it ep pear ing to the Court that there ere not sufficient funds in the Dog Tag Fund to pqy the full emo unt oP the claims, but that same can be pro-rated according to the amount of funds left in said Dog Tag Fund, and payment made accordingly. And it appearing to the Court that the hinds left in said fund when pro-rated equal the amount of payment to the respective ranchmen in the amount oP =4.50 per Head. On motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by Goff and unanimously eppro ved by the Court that the respective claims filed by the ranchmen be paid the sum of x4.50 per need for stock killed by dogs and that said amounts due them be paid out oP the Dog Tag Fund oP Kerr County. o-o b -o -o-o -o ro -o b -o -o -o -o N0. 7311.
