554. On this the 9th day of January, p. D. 1956, came on to be heard the application of Geo. D Luth eT, County Treasurer, for payment to various reachmen for livestock killed oh their res- peotive places in Bert County by Dogs, the owners of said doge being unknown, end it appearing to the Court that mere are not sufficient funds in the Dog Tag Fund to pay the full amount of the claims, but that same can be pro-rated according to the amount of Puhds left in said Dog Tag Fund, ahd payment made accordingly. And it appear iag to the Court that the funds left in said fund when pro-rated equal the amount of payment to the respective ten chmen in the amount of =4.50 per Head.
