rag Fund, end payment made accordingly. And it appearing to the Court that the funds left in
said fund wnen pro-rated equal tae amount of payment to the respective rah chmen in the amount
of X4.50 per head. Oh motion duly made by Bartel, seconded by GofY and uhanimously approved
by the Court that the respective o]aims filed by the rahchmen be paid the sum oP i4.50 per
need for stock killed by dogs and th et said amounts due them be paid out oP the Dog Tag Fund
of Kerr County.
