Precinot No. 1, showing an aggregate of 83.14 collected Por the month of December, 1955, end
it appearing to the Court that said report is true and oor reot end shonlfl be approved end that
the City of Berrvl Ala should be billed for one-half of the deficit of X18.88, wh lch would be
in the amount of =0.43 due Eerr County. Therefore by motion duly made by Guthrie, second ad by
Goff, end unen imously approved by the Court, that said report be approved and the County Clerk
be, and is hereby directed to bill the City of Earrville for one-h elf of the deficit of X16.86
