On this the 10th day of January, A. D. 1956, oame on to be heard and considered the
mat ter of entering into an agreement with the State Highway Commission of Texas for the build-
ing of Farm to Market Highway No. 980, at Center point,. in $err County, Texas, and the same
be wing been duly considered by the Court, the Court Sa of the opinion that same should be
granted and that a warrant in the sum of 7,100.00, payable to the State Treasurer, Account of
Trust Fund No. 927 and attached to said agreement, be drawn by the County Clerk and County
Treasurer on the Farm to Market Id~ed No. 480 Fuad of $err County, Texas, to cover oontingenciea
and engineer's fees as estimated by the State Hignway Commission. Up oh motion duly made by

and unenimo usly approved by the Court that the County Clark and the County Treasurer be, and
are hereby directed to transfer the sum of 53,000.00 from Lateral Road Fund Pre. No. 2 and
#4,100.00 Prom Ferm to Market & vat oral Road Fund to Farm to Market Road Fund No. 480, of
Center Point, Texas.
