~~mat ter of entering into en agreement with the State Highway Commission of Teaas Por the build-
~Iing of Farm to Market Highway No. 480, at Center point ,. in %err County, Taxes, and the same
i ha wing bean duly considered by the Court, the Court is of the opinion that same should be
granted and that a warrant in the sum of $7,100.00, payable to the State Treasurer, Account of
Trust Fund No. 927 and attached to said agreement, be drawn by rase Co unt9 Clerk and County
Treasurer on the Farm to Market Boad No. 480 Fund of %err County, Taxers, to cover co ntinganclea
and engineer's fees as estimated by the State Highway Commission. Opon motion duly made by
Goff, seconded by Powell, end unanimously carried that said agreement be entered lnto and signs
by this Court and a copy of said agreement be recorded Sn the minutes of this Court.

On this the 10th day of January, A. D. 1956, came on to be heard and consldered by the
Court the matter of transfer of Punds, end ePter motion duly made by GoPP, seconded by Powell,
and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk and the County Treasurer be, and
are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $3,000.00 from Lateral Road Fund pre. No. 2 and
#4,100.00 from Farm to Market & Let oral Road Fund to Farm to Market Road Fund No. 480, of
Center Point, Texas.
