matter of eat er ing into en agreement with the State Highway Commi asioh of Texas for the build-
ing oP Farm to Market Highway No. 480, at Center point,. in $err County, Texas, and the same
saving been duly considered by the Court, the Court is of Lhe opinion that same should be
granted end that a warrant 1n the sum of $7,100.00, payable to the State Treesur er, Account of
Trust Fund No. 927 and attaohed to said agreement, be drawn by the County Clerk and County
Treasurer on the Farm to Market Road No. 460 Fund of $err County, Texas, to cover oo nti ngencia
