On this the 10th dqy of January, A. D. 1956, oeme on to be heard end considered the
matter of entering into att agreement with the State Highway Commission of Teaes for the build-
ing of Farm to Market Highway No. 980, at Center po iirt ,. in Serr County, Teaes, and the same
having been duly oonaider ed by the Court, the Court is of the opinion that same should be
granted end that a warrant in the sum of ~E7,100.00, payable to the State Treasurer, Account of
Trust Fund No. 927 and attached to said agreement, be drawn by the County Clerk and County
Treasurer on the Farm to Market Roed No. 480 Fund of Serr Couaty, Texas, to cover co ntingeaciet
and engineer's fees as estimated by the State Highway Commission. Dpon motion duly made by
Goff, seconded by powe ll, and unanimously carried to at said afire emeat be entered into end signs
