Commissioners' Court oP Eerr County, Teaas, ell members oP the Court being pre seat, there came
on for consideration the matter oP compensation, of the various County Officials oP Re rr County
Texas, for the year, A. D. 1956, as same is provided Por in Article 3912e, Section 2 Revised
I Civil Statutes of Texas; And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County had a population of
lase than 20,000 inhabitants according t0 the last Federal Cehsus, end that the int eresta oP
the County would be beet served if the_County Officials of Kerr County are paid on a Salary
Basis for the year, A. D. 1958; And upon motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, end
unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered by the Court tnet the County oPiicials oP
Eerr County, Texas, be paid their salaries on the Salary Basis as pmvid ad by law for tae year
A. D, 1956. Further ordered that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order
