On this the 13th day oP January, A. D. 1956, at the Regular Term of the Honorable
Commissioners' Court of Eerr County, Teaea, ell mem bare of the Court being present, th era came
on for consideration the matter of compensat ion, of the verlous County Officials oP Kerr County
~ Taxes, for the year, A. D. 1956, as same is provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2 Revised
Civil Statutes of Texas; And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County had a population of
less than 20,000 inhabitants acoor ding t0 the last Federal Census, end that the int eresta of
the County in uld be beet served if the. County of£iciels of Karr County ere paid oh a Salary
Basis for the year, A. D. 1956; And upon motion duly made by Goff, seconded by Guthrie, end
unanimously approved by the CO Ur t, it is ordered by the Court that the County officials of
Eerr County, Texea, be paid their salaries on the Salary Hasis as provided by law for the year
A. D. 1956. Further ordered that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this orde
and send same to the Comptroller oP Public Accounts, Austin, Texea.
