Cdurt that a separate bank account for the Dog Teg Fund is nnnecess ary to comply with the
operation under tnat law, and that the County Treasurer is authorized to eliminate this bank
account by transfer of existing balance inta the Caunty Treasury maintaining all existing book
records on this fund as Heretofore, and on mat inn duly made by Coff and secanded by Guthrie
and unanimously app m ved by the Court that said County Treasurer is authorized to eliminate
