Court that a separate bank account for the Dog Teg Fund is unnecessary to comply with the
operation under that law, and that the County Treasurer is authorized to eliminate this bank
account by transfer of existing balance into the County Treasury maintaining all ealsting book
irecords on tnie fund as Heretofore, and oh oration duly made by Goff end seconded by Guthrie
and unanimously app m ved by the Court that said County Treasurer is authorized to eliminate
