WHEREAS, the County desires the oonstruction of ooncrete curb through the community of Center point on Fsrm to Market Road No. 480, whioh is solely the County's responsibility and the County has requested the State to construct or have es nstruct ed this work. The State will construct or have constructed this worK for and on behalf of the County and at the County' sole expense. The estimated construction cost of this work is Seven Thousand One Hundred end No/100 Dollars (l7 ,100.00), including contingencies and construct ion engineering, and WHEREAS, the County by the execution of this agreement agrees to the terms and oondi- tions of St ˘te Highway Commission Minute No. 38579, as it applies to the County, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked "Exhibit A" and made a part of this agreement. NOW TREREFORB, it is understood that this proposed work will be constructed by the State ˘nd the County will transmit to the State with the return of this agreement, executed by the County, a warrant made payable to the State Treasurer, Account of Trust Fund No. 927 in the amount of Seven Thousand One Hundred and No/100 Dollars (7,100.00), to be used is paying for the proposed work required by the County. It is further understood that the St ste will construct only those items for the County es requested and required by the County and the anti cost of such items will be borne by the County.
