Provided the County will:
1. Provide all nee essary right-of-way ole ar of obstructio as and will provide for the
immediate co natruc Lion of continuous curb and gutter, utility adjustments, storm sewers, etc.,
ell as may De necessary for a complete proQeot with the sac option of pavement widening, and
will assume responsibllitg..for the construction of driveways and sld ewalke should they be deem-
ed necessary now or in the future.
The Texas Highway Department will:

of $15,700.00.

Court the matter of advertising and receiving oP bids for Dam Sites C,D and J and for hotic es
to be published in the two local papers of Kerr County. Taxes, ibr three consecutive weeks for
bide to be received on March 8th, 1956, and to start advertising on February Snd, 1956, and
that the following notice be published in the Kerrville Mountain Sun and the Kerrville T1mea,

of $25.00 as a guarantee for the safe return oP the Plans and Specifications. The full amount
oP the deposit will be refunded to each bone Pide bidder upon return of the oompiete Plana and
Specifications, within Piva days after date of opening bids.
Cashier's check or eac eptable bidder's bond, made payable without repo arse to the order of
the Commissioner s~ Court, %err County, Kerrville, Taxes, in an amount of not less than 5~ of
