This the 10th day of April, A. D. 1956, came on to be considered by the Court, the
- necessity to reimburse Mrs. E. W. Rhoden, operator of Colonial Rest Flome, for her nursing
s ervices, board and other means of taking care of Riley Smith, an indigent invalid, payable
in advance. Wherefore the Court has heretofore made an allowance Por past services in the
amo cant of X125.00 for such care oP Riley Smith, the Court is of the opinion that Mrs. E. W.
Rho den should be allowed the amount of X125.00 monthly in advance, beginning April 10th, out
of the Gene rel Fund. Motion made by Guthrie, seconded by Bartel, and unanimously apnroved by
,the Court.

hood mad in Precinct No. 4, end it appearing to the Court that the necessity exists to nave
said road changed Por the reason that the backwaters of Dam Site J will submerge the present
site of the road, therefore on motion duly made by L. M. Gutnri e, seconded by Adolph Bartel
and unanimously approved by tna Court that Commissioner Lee Coff Ss Hereby autno rued to
