of the expenses for drilling end casing of water well at the pir Port, and it appearing to the
Court that the drilling and casing of said well was a ne oesaity affi for Suture use 0f same,
it is therefore ordered end considered by the CO Urt that the County Clerk draw vouoher on the
County Treasurer of Eerr County, Texas, in the sum of =3000.00 payable to the City of EerrvilL
out of the Permanent Improvement Fund, for above mentioned purpose, and 0n motion daly made by
Commissioner L. M. Guthrie, seconded Dy Commissioner Lee Coff, and unanimously approved by
