On this the 7th deg oP January, p. D. 1957, came on to be heard end considered the
matter of pnrchasing Panels to be used for pens in the Agricultnrel Building and the Temple
Lem oar Company of Kerrville, Tezes, having quoted a pr ico on 10 panels 10'-e^ sad 15tl Panels
ti'-0^ for the total oo nai deration of $1882.00 and it appearing to the Court that said pride
is reasonable and should be accepted. Therefore on motion duly ,ads by Commissioner Lee CofP,
seconded by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that tae above
panels be purenasad from the Temple Lumber Company of Eerrvitle, Tesas, for the Agricultural
Building, and the County Clark is hereby authorized to draw vouch er on the County Treasurer in
said sum oP X1882.00 payeole to the Temple Lumoer Company out 0P the permanent Ztprovement Fun
