On this the 15th day of January, A. D. 1957, et the Regular Term of the Nonorable
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texss, all members o2 the Court being present, there oa
on for consideration the matter of oompan~ntion of the various County OPficials of %err Cosa
Texas, for the year A. D. 1957, as same is provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2 Revised
Civil Statutes of Texas; And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County had a population of
less than 20,000 inhabitants according to the last Federal Census, and that the interests of
the Co uhty would be best served if the County officio}e of %err County ere paid on a Salary
basis for the year A. D. 1957; And upon moti 0n duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, end
seconded by Commissioner L. LA. Guthrie and una nimo us]y approvefl by the Court, it is ordered
the Court that the County Officials 0f %err County, Texe s, be paid their salaries on the Sal
Basis as provided by law for the year A. D. 195'J. Further ordered by the Court that the Cla
