On this the 12th day of February, A. D. 1957, in Regular Monthly Session of the Commiss-
i0ners Court of said County, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of G. D. Luther,
Treasurer of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November, A. D. 1956, and
ending on the 31st day of Tanuary, 1957, filed herein on the 12th day of February, A. D. 1957,
and the same having been compared and examined by the Court, and found correct. It is there-
fore ordered by the Court that the same be and is hereby approved; And 1t appearing to the
Court that dur ing sa ld time the said County Treasurer had received for account and credit of,
and paid out of each 0f the several County Funds, the amounts set Po rth, end leaving a balance
to each 0f said Funds as reflected in said report, and beoo mesa Part hereof; end that said
amounts wero reo eived and paid out 0f each 0f the respective Punds since the filing of the pre
ceeding report of said County Treasurer, and during the period above stated, end that the said
separate afro ante as therein shown are correct.
IT I3 THEREFORE, FURTHER ORDERED by the Court, that the said detailed report be, end the
same is here oy, in all things approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file
this said report, together with this order, in a Record Hinder provided £0r the Minutes of
County Finances of the Commissioners Court of this County, and that proper credits be made 1n
the accounts of the said County Treasurer in accordance with this order, end on motioh duly ma
by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seconded by Commissioner V. D. Powell, and unanim0 usly appr owed
by the Court.
