On this the 12th day of February, A. D. 1957, in Regular Monthly Session of the Commiss-
ioners Court of said County, came on Por examination the Quarterly Report of C. D. Luther,
Treasurer of said County, Yor the period beginning on the 1st day of November, A. D. 1956, and
ending on the 31st day oY January, 1957, filed herein on the 12th day oY February, A. D. 1957,
and the same having been tamper e3 and examined by the Court, and found c0r rect. It is there-
fore ordered by the Court that the same be and is hereby approved; And it appearing to the
Court that during said time the said County Treasurer had received for account and credit oi,
and paid out of each of the several County Funds, the amounts set forth, and leaving a balance
to each of said Funds as reflected in said report, and becomes a Part hereoY; and that said
amounts wero reo eiv ed and paid out oY each of the rasp ectlve funds since the Piling of the pre•
ceeding report of said County Treasurer, and during the period above stated, end that the said
