This the 13th day of February, A. D. 1957, came 0n t0 be considered by Lne Court, the
request of E. H. Nichols, Tex Assessor and Co3lector, Kerr County, Taxes, for the Court to
net the rete0 Por livestock, cultivated and grazing land. It appearing t~ the Court that the
previous assessments fixed are as follows, to-wit: 820.00 per he9d for cattle; 83.00 per heed
on sheep; 82.00 per head on goats; and 815.00 an acre on cultivated land and 83.00 to 85.00
per acre on grazing land; end that in their discretion these rates should be refixed for the
year 195'/; therefore by mJ tion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seoo nd ed by Commission
