previous assessments fixed are as follows, to-wit: $20.00 per head Por cattle; $3.00 per head
on sheep; $2.00 per head 0n goat s; and $15.00 an acre on cultivated land and $3.00 t0 $5.00
per acre on grazing lend; and that in their discretion these rates snould be refixed for the
