Pledge Contract covering the County gchool and County and District Clerks Trust Funds be
appr oval aid the County Clerk be and is hereby directed to forward the contracts covering the
Co uhty to the Comptro tier 0f Public Accounts for his approval and mail a copy 0f~the Couaty
- Depository pledge Contract covering school iuhds to the Texae Education Agenoy, end a co ry
of each contract with their approval thereon to the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Tezes,
end National Hank oP Commeros, San Antonio, Texas,
after first being recorded, and that the original contracts should be retained in the office
of the County Clerk.
