Court the matter of pe yment to Ches. A. Rodgers, for one-half month`s salary as Deputy Sheriff
of %err County, Texas, the said Chas. A. Rodgers having departed this life on the 7th day of
March, 1957, find the Court is of the opinion that ha was entitled to said one-halt month`s
salary, therefore on motion duly made by Commissioner L. M. Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner
Lee Goff, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Clerk end County Treasurer be
and are hereby authorized to issue voucher for one-ha1P month`s salary to Ches. A. Rodgers es
