This the 4th day of April, A. D. 1957, came on to be oonsidered by the Court the retur
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the United Ste tes Senator Election held on April
2nd, 1957, Wherefore the Court having oenvassed end tabulated the returns of the 18 election
precincts end the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the op inioa that said returns after
having been opened and canvassed are true and correct end should be approved.
Therefore on motion duly made by Commissioner L. DC. Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lee
Goff and unanimously approved by the Court that the returns es canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 4, Page 57, and as certified thereto by each member 0f the CO Urt ere in ell respects
approved.

Lee Goff, seoo nded by Commissioner v. D. Povaell, end unanimously approved by the Court that
each official be allowed the sum 0f $1.00 per hear for services rendered in the assistance
at the election held on Tuesday, April 2nd, 1957, es per statements filed herein and approved
for payment by the Court.

construct, et its own cost, an extension t0 the present Kerr County Livestock Exhibition
