the sum of $1.00 per h0 ur for their services. Therefore on motion duly made by Commissioner
Lee Goff, seconded by Commissioner V. D. Powell, and unanimously approved by the Court that
each oP£icial be allowed the sum of $1.00 per hour for services rendered in the assistance
at the election held on Tuesday, ppril 2nd, 1957, es per statements filed herein and approved

construct, at its own cost, an extension t0 the present Kerr County Livestock Exhibition
Building. We will secure our own funds to c0 nst ru et this extension without any cost to the ~.

That said building is to be oonstruoted of the same the as the present building end oP
the same structure and design, end also to be built so ea not to injure the present building
in any way. Plans and Spec if id ationa to be presented to the Commissioners Court for their
approval before the coast ruction ie begun on the proposed building, end on motion duly made
by Commissioner Lee Coff, seconded by Commissioner L. M. Guthrie, ehd unanimously approved Dy
the Court, that said building shall be constr acted according to plane sad specifications as
approved by the Court.
