Jr., in acco rdanoe with Chagter 385, S• B. 2112 of the 52nd Legislature, which authorized e
maximtmt ealar9 in the amount of X2400,00 per annum of whioh a pro rata portion in accordance
with the populA tion of the County, would amount to #71.92 per month, Por Earr Co ant 9's share.
