bids for One (1) Six (6) Room Old House located on the pgrlcultural Exhibition Building Land i i
Kerr County, Texas, on Old Highway No. 27, belonging to %err County, Texas, and after the
Court having consid eyed all the bids offered it appears to the Court that the Bid of Wright D.
Alba in the amount of $235.00 was the highest and best bid made and should be eocapted. There
fore on Motion duly made by Commissioner V. D, Powell, seconded by Commissioner L. M. Guthrie,
and approved by the Court that the bid 0f Wright D. Alba in the emu unt of $235.00 for said
Ao use belonging to %err County, Texas, be end the same is hereby accepted, said amount being
working
payable in Cash, and said HO USe to be removed within ninety (90)~days Prom date hereof and
also said Wright D. Alba is to clean up the clean up the grounds, remove all or burn all un-
desirable trash or lumber and that the Sheriff of %err County inspect name at Lhe end of 90
days to see that the contract has been performed 1n good faith, and the County Judge of %err
County, Terns, is hereby authorized to execute a proper B111 of Sele to Wright D. Alba for
the above mentioned house.

Kerrville Mountain Sun on the 23rd and 30th day of May, 1957 and 6th day of Sune, 1957, and

having received the bids et public Auction reported the bids to the Court and after due con-
