On this the 1'/th day 0f June, A. D. 1957, came on to be heard and cone idered the various
bids for One (1) Sia (6) Room Old Ha use located on the Agricultural Exhibition Building Land i
Kerr County, Texas, on Old Highway No. 27, belonging to Kerr County, Texas, and after the
Court hev ing considered all the bids offered it appears to the Court that the Bid of 1Yright D.
Alba in the amount of $235.00 was the highest and best bid made and should be accepted. There
fore on Motion duly made by Commissioner V. -, Powell, seconded by Commissioner L. M. Guthrie,
and approved by the Court that the bid 0P Wright D. Alba in the amount of $235.00 Por said
House belonging to Kerr County, Texas, be and the same is hereby accepted, said amount being
working
payable in Cash, and said House to be removed within nir:ety (90 )~deys Prom date hereof and
also said Wright D. Alba. is to clean up the clean up the grounds, remove all or burn all un-
desirable trash 0r lumber and that the Sheriff of Re rr County inspect same at the end 0f 90
days to see that the contract has been performed in good faith, end the County Judge of Kerr
County, Texas, is hereby authorized to execute a proper Bill of Sale to Wright D. Alba for
the above mentioned house.

original Survey No. 122, in the name of P. R. Oliver, said lan3 belonging to Rerr County, Texa
said auction was held according to Public Notice publ lsh ed for three consecutive weeks in the
Kerrville Mountain Sun on the 23rd and 30th day 0f May, 1957 and 6th day of Tuna, 1957, and
Carl F. Sehupp II, who was heretofore appointed by this Court es Auctioneer for the County
having received the bids at public Auction reported the bids to the Court and after due con-
siderat ion by the Court, the Court is of the opinion that aqy all bids received be and the sam
are hereby rejected. Therefore 0n motion duly made by Commissioner L. M. Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Adolph Bartel, and apn m ved by the CO Urt that all bids received be and the same
are hereby rejected.
