Court the matter of Assessing all cars and trunks that were registered on the 2nd day of April,
1957, by the Taa •seesaor~Co llector of Barr County, Texas, at 30y6 oP the loan value of the Blue
Book, that the se id Tex-Assessor-Collector acted without the consent oP the Commissioners Court
of Kerr Co untq, Texas, in taking the cars and trunks off oP the Assessment Rolla, therefore on
motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, sego nded by Commissioner L. M. Guthrie, and
approved by the Court that the Assessor-Collector assess all cars and trucks that were register
sd on the 2nd day of April, 1957, et 30% oP the loan value oP the Blue Book.

raised to approximately 80~ of their valuations. And that the Ranch end Farm Real Estate be
