On this the 1st day of Tuly, A. D. 1957, came 0n to beheard and considered by the
Court the matter of resoinding Order No. 7797, heretofore passed Dy the Commissioners Court
on the~l8th day of Tune, A. D. 1957, and that the matter of assessments of Cars by the Tax
Assessor and Collector of 8err County, Texa ~, be taken up January 1st, 1958, by the
Commissioners Court, and on motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Hertel, seconded by
Commissioner L. M. Guthrie, end unanimously apnro ved by the Court, that Order No. 7797, be and
the same is hereby rescinded and that the matter of assessing Cars by the Tax Assessor s~
Collector be taken up by the Court on January 1st, 1958.
