on the 18th day of June, A. D. 1957, end that the matter 0£ assessments of Cars by the Tsx
Assessor end Collector of %err County, Texas, be taken up Tan nary let, 1958, by the
Commissioners Con rt, and on motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Hertel, seconded by
Commissioner L. M. Guthrie, and unanimously aprro ved by the Court, that Order N0. 7797, be end
the same is hereby rescinded end that the matter of assessing Cars by the Tex Assessor aid
Collector be taken up by the Court on January 1st, 1958.
