the matter of re-locating the telephone lines elohg the new part of Highway No. 41 in precinct
No. 4 belonging to the Hill Country Co -op, and that said Co-op will salvage all the materiel
it possibl9 can along the old right-0f-way when same is moved to the new right-oi-way, and tha
County will re-imb arse said Co-op on a 50-50 basis not to axaeed $4,200,00 costs to the County
