On motion made and seconded the following resolution was passed on this 2'lth dfly of July,
A. D. 1957:
Ba St resolved by the Commissioners Court of Rerr County, State of Texas, that Robert
E. Sieker, lessee of Louis Schreiner Field, Rerr vi lie Manic ip el pir po rt, is hereby authorized
to farm the unused portion of said Air F1e1d until same is required Por air port purposes, and ,
said Court nereby gives Sts consent to said lessee to Ło llow soil conservation practices set up
by the II. S. Government. On Motion by Commissioner pdolph Eartel, seconded by Commissioner L.
b5. Guthrie, and unanimo ,sly approved by the Court.

On this the 2'Jth day of July, A. D. 195%, came on to be heard and coast dared by the
Court the matter of authorizing Robert E. Sieker to Sub-Lease t0 Trans-Texas Airways that pert
of said Airfield now occupied by said Robert E. Sieker and Trans-Texas Airways, and that said "~
Trans-Texas Airways and Kerrville Flying 9ervl ce (owned and operated by Robert E. Sieker) are ~
established on said Airfield by written documents and lease agreements co ntemporeneous with
the least agreement, and on motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Lee Goff, end unanimously approved by the Court, that said Robert E. Sieker Ls
hereby authorized and so empowered to sub-lease to said Trans-Texas Airways.
