On motion made and seconded the following resolution was passed on this 2'7tn day of July ,I

Be it resolved by the Commissioner`s Court of %err County, State of Texas, that Robert
E. Sieker, lessee of Louis Schreiner Field, Kerrville Manic ip el Airport, is hereby authorized
to farm the unused no rt ion of said Air Field until same is required Por air port purposes, and
said Court hereby gives its consent to said lessee to follow soil conservation practices set u
oy the II• S. Government. On Motion by Commissioner Adolph Eartel, seconded by Commissicner L•
Guthrie, ¢nd unaaimoasly approved by the Court.

N0. 7816. ORDER ADTHORIZING ROBERT E. SIEKER TO SIIB-LEASE TO TRANS TEXAS AIRWAYS.
On this the 27th day oP July, A. D. 1957, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of authorizing Robert E. Sicker to Sub-Lease to Trans-Texas Airways that pert
of said Airfield now occupied by said Robert E. Sicker and Trans-Texas Airways, and that said
Trans-Texas Airways and Kerrville Flying 9ervi ce (owned and operated by Robert E. Sieker) are
established on said pirfie ld by written documents end lease agreemehts co atemporaneous with
the least agreement, and on motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Sertel, seconded by
Commissioner Lee Coff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said Robert E. Sieker Ss
hereby authorized and so empowered to sub-lease to said Trans-Texas Airways.
