Be it resolved by the Commissioner's Court 0f Kerr Co~~nty, State of Texas, that Robert
E. SieY,e r, lessee of Louis Schreiner Field, Kerrville Munic ipel Airport, is hereby authorized
to farm the unused portion of said Air Field until same is required Por air port purposes, and
said Court nere by gives its consent to said lessee to follow soil conservation practices set up

On this the 27th day of July, A. D. 1957, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of authorizing Robert E. Siek er to Sub-Lease to Trans-Texas Airways that pert
of said pirf field now occupied by said Robert E. Siek er and Trans-Texas Airways, and that said ~'
Trans-Texas Airways end Kerrville Flying 9ervl ce (owned and operated by Robert E. Sicker) are
established on said Airfield by written documents end lease agreements contemporaneous with 1~
the least agreement, sad on motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Lee Coff, and unanimously approved by the Court, that said Robert E. Sieker Ss
ner eby authorized and so empowered to sub-lease to said Tian s-Texas Airways.

$190.00 payable out 0f R. & B. No. 1 Fund, John Tucker in the amount of $241.00 payable out of
R. & B. No. 2 Fund and Eloert Lyncn in the amount of $50.00 payable out of R. & B• No. 4 Fund,
as shown by the Mlnutes of Accounts Allowed in Vol. pages to inclusive, whi
