Court the matter of regulating a speed limit is the Peterson Addition or any Addition to the
City of %errvi lie, Ssrr County, Texas, and it app erring to the Court that the same is e
heoessity and that a speed limit should be set at 30 miles per hour in said Additions to be
enforced by the Officers oP %arr County, Texas, end if any violator is apprehended by the
officerr arxl found guilty the party or parties so violating said speed limit shell be subiect
to s fine of not lass than $1.00 nor more than $100.00, and on motion duly made by Commi salon
