This the 12th day 0f November, q. D. 1957, came 0n to be considered by the Court the
returns to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Special (Amendment) Election held on
November 5th, 1957. Wherefore the Court riaving canvassed and tabulated the returns 0f the 16
election precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Fox, are 0f the opinion that said returns
after having been opened and canoe se ed are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore on motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
