We recommend for your approval that the Rerr County Boys Livestock Association be given
the authority to construct en ~edd ition to the present Lerr Co uaty Agriaultural Building ea
ib !lows:
1. Tha addStlon will be located on the eoatn aide (rear) of the present building.
2. The edditlon will be 100 ft by 134 ft Sa else; this is the aeme slza as the law
roof part of the present bulld ing .~
3. The eddltlAa will consist o.f footings, pipe volume, steel trusses or bar joists (or
other comparable materiel), fireproo2 roof. These will all be of similar design and coa'Btruc-
tioh and on the same level as is the Tpw Root part o-P the present building.
4. The addltlon .will be constructed- uhd~er specifications similar to those outlined Sa
the plans end specificetio ns for the Low Roof part of the present building.
5. The add StlOn will be constructed s0 that the tale wal]s, windows, doors, etc. can
be added at a later date.
6. Anew elect rice! panel will be added to cover the additions! load, that might be
required, to properly light the new addition.
7. The eddlti0n will have similar electrical outlets and lighting and water focilities
as the prevent Low Raof part of the present building.
