We recommend for your approval tnat the Rerr County Boys Livestock Association be given
the authority to construct an ~eddit ion t0 the present Rerr County Agrio ulturel Building ea
follows:
1. The addition will be iota tad on the sontn aide (rear) of the present building.
2. The addition will be 100 ft by 134 Pt in aidde; this Ss the same size as the law
roof pert of the present build ing .
3. The eddiLidn will nonsist of footings, pipe colums, steel trusses or bar ~oiets (or
otnar comparable materiel), firepro o2 roof. These will all be of similar design and conl9brua-
ti0n and on the creme level as is the Low Root parUof the present building.
4. The addition .will be construe tad- under spec if Stations similar t0 those outlined in
the plans end specifications for the Ivw Roof part of the present building.
5. The add itl0n will be constructed so that the tale walls, windows, doors, etc. can
be added at a later date.
6• Anew electrioel panel will be added to cover Lhe additional load, that might be
required, to properly light the new addition.
7. The addition will have similar eleotricel outlets end lighting and water facilities
as the pr aeent Low Roof part of the present building.
B. The money for the oo patron lion oP this add iti0n is being donated by private nit iz en
for the benefit of all Barr County Citizens end more ap ecif ically, for the benefit of the FFA
and 4H boys and girls of Our community.
9. We recommend that the Rerr County Boys Livestock Show Assoc. at their Own cost, be
granted to air request to construct this addition t0 the Rerr County Agricultural Building so
that the con sUruotion might be completed by January lb, 1958.
