of Industrial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Company in the sum of 512,937.00 was the best		
and lowest bid conaid Bring the price end that the contract should be awarded to Industrial		
Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Company, with completion of the entire work by April 15th,		
1958, end said bid being for Air Cond itioning Secs nd Flo Or of Eerr County Court House,		
Eerrville, Eerr County, Teaas, according to plans and speoificetiona Dy Harvey P. Smith do		
Associate, Arohit acts. Commissioner Dsvid R. Brewton introdua ed a proposed order and moved		
its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commisa do her Lee Goff, the motion carrying with the		
adoption of the order, prevailed by the following vote:
