Court of said County, came on Por examination the quarterly Report of E. M. McDonald Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of February A. D. 1958 end endlaq on t e
30th day of April A. D. 1958E iled herein on the 13th day of May A. D. 1958, end the same havin
been compared and examined by the Court, end found oorrect. It is therefore Ordered by the
Court that the same be and is hereby approved: And Lt appearing to the Court that during the
ea id time the said County Treasurer had received for account epd credit of, and paid out of
each of the several County Funds, the amounts set forth, end leaving a balance to each of said
Funds es reflected in said report which follows, cad becomes a part hereof; snd that said
emo~nts were received end paid out 0f each of the respective funds since the Piling 0f the
preceding report of said County Treasurer, and during the period above stated, and that the
said separate amounts as therein shown are oorrect.
IT IS THEREFORE, FDRTHER ORDERED by the Court, that the said detailed report be, and
the same is hereby, in ell things approved, end the clerk 0P this Court is hereby ordered to

of County Finances 0f the Commissioners Court of this County, end that proper creel its be made
in the acoo ants of the said County Treasurer 1n acc ordanae with this order, and on motion duly
made by Commissi Deer Adolph Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Lee Goff, end unanimously approv-
ed by the Court and ordered filed Por future reference and subject to audit.
