On this 13th day of May, A. D. 1958 1n Regular monthly se scion 0f the Commissioners
Court of said County, came on for examination the quarterly Report of E. M. McDonald Treasurer
of said County, Yor the period beginning on the 1st day of February A. D. 1950 end ending on tt
30th Say of April A. D. 1958f iled herein on the 13th day of May A. D. 1958, and the same hevin~
been compared and examined by the Court, end Sound oorrect. It Ss therefore Ordered by the
Court that the same be and is hereby approved: qnd it appearing to the Court that during the
said tlme the said County Treasurer hfld received for account apd credit of, and paid out of
each oP the several County Funds, the amounts set forth, and leaving a balance to each of said
Funds es reflected in said report which follows, and beoomes a pert hereof; and that said
amounts were reo eived end paid out 0f each 0P the respeotlve funds sin ce the filing 0f the
preceding report of said County Treasurer, and during the period above stated, and that the
said separate emo~nts as therein shown ere oorreot.
IT IS THEREFORE, FURTHER ORDERED by the Court, that the said detailed report be, end
the same is hereby, in all things ep pr ov ed, and the clerk 0f this Court is hereby ordered to
%- file this said report, together with this order, in a Record Binler provided for the Minutes
~ of County Finances of the Commissioners Court of this County, end that proper credits be made
in the acoounts of the sa 13 County Treasurer in ace ordenae with this order, and on motion duly
made by Commissioner Adolph Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Lee Coff, and unaaimo usly approv-
ed by the Court and ordered filed Por Future reference and subject to audit.
