i And after due deliberation and consideration it was deo idad by the Court that the bid
of C. H. Allison COnstrne tion Company was the best end lowest bid considering the price and
that the contract should ba awarded to C. H. Allison Constr not ion Company. Commissioner
David R. Brewton introduc ad a proposed order and moved its adoption. The motion was sao0nded
by Commissioner Adolph Bprtel, the motion carrying with the ed0 pt ion of the order, prevailed
by the following vote:
AYES: David R. Brewton, V. D. Pov+e 11 and Adolph Bartel,
Lee Goff, sbsent.
NOES: None
Motion carried.
It is therefore ordered :.y the Court that the bid of C-. Ha' Allison Construction Company
is the best and lowest bid considering the prise, end that said Contract for the above mention
ed road construction 1s awarded to C. H. Allison Construction Company.
