at an ahnusl premium of =15.75 per parson. That the County will pay the County will pay-the
annual pr eminm of >Q15.75 per person and that the Sheriff and his two deputies are to reimburse
the County at the rate of x2.62 per year eaoh on the yearly premium, which said two deputies
at the present time are W. H• Edge end R• G• Gary, and that the polioies whiob. are to be
issued are for Occupatian and Non-Ooc upation Accidental Death on a twenty-four hours' basis,
therefore .on mot ice duly made by Commis si0nar David Brewton, second ed by Commissioner Adolph
Bartel, and unenimoably approved by the Court that said polioies are to be obtained from
Underwriters at Lloyd`s, Ivndon, through Wm. C. Lynch end Compen9 of Houston, Tezas.

Court the matter of employing Franklin Meeker as City-County Sanitarian, due to vacancy in sail
offia e, beginning 16th day of September, A. D. 1958, end that he be paid the sum of X275.00
per month for the first three months beginning 16th day of September, A. D. 1958, and there-
after at the rate of QQ300,00 par month, payable out of the General Fund, one-half of said
salary to be paid by the County end one-half of said salary t0 be paid by the City 0P $erroilli
and the County Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby authorized to issue voucher Por
the r6spec tive amounts as above stated, and on motion duly made by Com[ni ssioner Adolph Bartel,
seconded by Commissioner David Brewton, end unanimously approved by the Court.
