r. On this the 9th da9 of September, q. D. 1958, name on to be heard and considered by the
Court the ,matt er of obtaining insurance from IInd erwriters at Lloyd's, London, through Wm. C.
Lynch and Company at 110,000.00 per person, which includes the Sheriff and his two deputies,
at as annual premium of 115.75 par person. That the County will pay the County will psy'the
annual pr emlam of 115.75 per person end that the Sheriff and his two deputies are to reimburse
the County at the rate oP 12.62 per year each on the yearly premium, which said two deputies
at the present time are W. H• Edge and R. G. Cary, and that the policies which are to be
issued are for Occupation and Noa-Occupation Accidental Death on a twenty-four hours' basis,
therefore ,on motion duly made by Commissioner David Brewton, seconded by Commissioner Adolph
Bartel, and unanimoasly approved by the Court that said polio ies era to be obtained Prom

after at the rate of 1300.00 per month, payable out oP the General Fund, one-half of said
