Court the .matt er of obtaining insurance from Underwriters at Lloyd's, London, through Wm. C.
Lynch end Company at ¢10,000.00 par person, which includes the Sheriff and his two deputies,
et an annual premium of 15.75 per pereo n. That the County will pay the County will pay.'the
annual pr emiam of $15.75 per person and that the Sheriff and his two deputies are Lo reimburse
the County at the rate of 52.62 per year each on the year>.,y premium, which said two deputies
at the present time are W. B. Edge sad R. G. Cary, and that the polio ies which are to be
issued er0 for Occupation and Non-Oac upat ion Accidental Death oh a twenty-four hours' basis,

Bartel, and unanimously appm ved by the Court that said polloies are to be obtained from

Court the matter of employing Franklin Meeker as City-County Sanitarian, dne to vacenay in sai
of£Soe, beginning 16th day of September, A. D. 1958, and that ha be paid the sum of X275.00
per month for the fir sL three months beginning 16th da9 of September, A, D. 1958, and there-
after at the rate of X300,00 per month, pays ble out of the General Fund, one-half of said
salary to be paid by the County end one-half of said salary to be paid by the City of Rerrvill
and the Co untS° Clerk and County Treasurer be and are hereby authorized to issue voucher for
the respective amounts as above stated, end on motion duly made by Commissioner Adolph Hertel,
seconded by Commissioner David Brewton, and unanimously approved by the Court.
