and it appearing to the Court that the matter is well taken care of and that the said Bill N.
Rector be and he is hereby employed ea County Agent for Rerr County affective as of October 1st
1958, and Chet his salary shall remain the same as the lb rmer County Agent`s, namely, X91600.00
per annum payable mo nthl y,end $600.00 traveling expense also payable monthly out of the General
