On this the 13th day of September, A. D. 1958, came on to be heard end considered by
the Court the matter of employing Bill N. Reotor as County Agent in and for Rarr County, Taxes,
end it appearing to the Court that the matter is wall taken care of and that the said Bill N.
Rector be end he is hereby employed es County Agent for Rerr Co uhty effective as 0i October let
1958, and that his salary shall remain the same es the former County Agent's, namely, $1600.00
per annum payable monthi y,and $600.00 traveling expense also payable monthly out of the General
-~ Fund, and on mation duly made by Commissioner v. D. Powell, seconded by Commissioner David
Brewton, end unanimously approved Dy the Court.
