the Boya Live Stook Aeaooiation to proceed. Therefore on motion duly made by Commieeioner
David Brewton and seconded by Commieaioner Adolph Bartel and unanimously approved by the
Court, it 1e ordered that the aforementioned permanent improvement be made for the agricul-
ture Building parking area, and the County Clerk be and ie hereby authorised to draw voucher
on the County Treasurer for a sum not to eaoeed $250.00 out of Permanent Improvement Panda,
upon the completion of said permanent improvements.

WHEREAS, it has pleased Almighty God to Dell from our ranks a devoted friend and publi

WHEREAS, at the time of hie passing on January 9, 1959, "Abie" wsa serving faithfully
ae Chief Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, and had also previously held the oYfioe
of Clerk of the District Court of Kerr County, Tezae; and
WHEREAS, he was at all times a souroe of friendly counsel and advice to hie fellow
county officlsls, having acquired over a period of nearly three deoades an invaluable know-
ledge oP the functions of hie ofiioe; and
WHEREAS, in hie passing the County of Kerr has lost the aervicea of one oY its moat
valued employees,
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, in Regu-
lar Term oonvened, ezpreae its deepest regret and sympathy to the family oY our departed'

This the 12th day of January A. D. 1959, dame on to be heard and oonsidered the bid of
September 10, 1958 of Hill Country Pest Control for peat eztermination throughout the Court
House. That there will be three treatments per year, these treatments to aoneiet of spray-
ing, dusting and then fogging the entire building from basement throughout at 535.00 per
treatment. Should there be any need for additional treatment, thi^ service to be rendered
without additional charge. After due consideration oY the Court, notion was made by Commiae
inner David Brewton, seconded by Commissioner Roger Stone and unanimously approved by the
Court the{ said bid be accepted for services to be rendered for a period of one year, effect
